Race Ready will host another edition of the Estoril Exclusive Test on March 21-22 at the Autódromo do Estoril. Now in its 7th edition, this event brings together collectors, enthusiasts, drivers, and teams with some of the world’s most iconic cars. It’s not a race but rather two days of private testing at one of Europe’s most legendary motorsport circuits.
As tradition dictates, Portugal’s oldest permanent circuit will welcome historic Formula 1 and Sportscars, along with other rare gems of motorsport, ensuring plenty of on-track action. The second day of the event will be even more special, featuring the latest generation of GT and Touring Cars from across the Iberian Peninsula, as part of the official Test Day for the Supercars Endurance series.
With an exclusive format, the Estoril Exclusive Test will run from 09:00 to 18:00, with each session limited to a maximum of ten historic Formula 1 single-seaters or Sportscars from the same era. Additionally, up to twenty Grand Touring and Touring cars will take to the track, some of them true gems of motorsport history.
In previous editions, the event has welcomed rare and iconic models, such as the Lotus 23 ex-Emilio Marta, Peugeot 908 ex-Pedro Lamy, Alfa Romeo 156 ex-Gabriele Tarquini, and Ford RS200 ex-Joaquim Santos, among many other prized machines.
For the second consecutive year, the Estoril Exclusive Test will also feature the latest generation of racing cars. On March 22, the Cascais circuit will host the official Test Day for the 2025 season of the most important speed competition in the Iberian Peninsula. The cars that will shape the future of motorsport in southern Europe, including modern GTs and Touring Cars, will hit the track to prepare for the upcoming seasons of Iberian Supercars, the Portuguese Speed Championship, and Supercars España.
According to Diogo Ferrão, CEO of Race Ready: “The Estoril Exclusive Test is the ultimate annual opportunity for collectors to bring their carefully preserved machines out of their garages and, in a controlled environment, 'shake off the dust,' enjoying the thrill of driving these treasures on track with complete safety and mutual respect. At the same time, it is a prime occasion for teams competing in the Supercars Endurance series to present themselves to the media and fine-tune their preparations for the demanding season ahead.”
